What you can expect from us
Support when you need it: Everyone settles into uni life differently, so check in with those around you, a friendly face can make a big difference. If you’re ever concerned for yourself or someone else, reach out and we’ll help you find the right support.

What we expect from you
Kindness spreads: Our Residence Life team offers drop-in sessions for everything from tenant disputes to welfare support.  Plus, our friendly 24/7 reception team is always available for a chat and can connect you with university support services.

Independence with support: Embrace independence and fun while respecting quiet hours and maintaining cleanliness; accidents happen - report any issues to our onsite maintenance for prompt repairs.

What you can expect from us
Safety and support 24/7: Our halls offer 24/7 reception with security, fob and key access, and round-the-clock support to ensure your safety and convenience.

What we expect from you
Your fob, your responsibility: Your key fob is just for you, log guests with reception, and ensure they respect hall rules and your flatmates. If you’re concerned about yours or someone else’s safety, inform your site team as soon as possible so we can help.
