You should select your first choice of Athletics Union Club membership. If you then change clubs after the trials, you need to complete an amendment form found on the Memberships webpage. This will be sent to one of our membership managers to action to ensure that you are registered with the club of your choice.

No problem, If you change clubs after the trials or decide that you no longer want to join a club you just need to complete the cancellation/amendment form found on the Memberships webpage. This will be actioned as soon as possible to ensure that you are registered with the club of your choice and/or your membership fees adapted accordingly.

If you would like to join a 2nd AU team/club please visit the Sports Office, or the Sports Reception, who will take the relevant AU Club payment by card and add this membership to your account. Please note: There is no option to purchase 2nd AU Clubs online or by direct debit.

You can pay for a fitness class, single gym, pool or track use for £4.75 (student and staff) or £5.30 (community). You can access any of our turn up and play session for £3.20. You will still need to download the Beckett Sport App to book onto our fitness classes/turn up and play session.

Whilst you are awaiting confirmation of acceptance to our scholarship scheme you should sign up to a membership. If you are having problems creating a Leisure Hub account it is likely that you are not inputting the correct student/staff email address which will link to your account in our system (your account in our system is interfaced from the University student/staff registry systems). If you have any further problems, please contact one of our Reception Team who will assist you with gaining access.

Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you sign up for your membership. If you cancel within this timeframe, then no fees will be taken or you will be refunded any fees paid. You will need to complete the cancellation / amendment form found on the Memberships webpage to cancel within this period.

If you cancel after 14 days, you will need to complete the cancellation/amendment form found on the Memberships webpage, following which consideration will be given per the refund criteria in our terms and conditions.

If the funds cannot be collected from your bank account, you may incur a fee. A membership manager will contact you to discuss any missed payments.

Your membership will be suspended until the next payment can be collected, please ensure that you have funds in your bank account. If you do not make the further payments, you may incur fees or be charged an entry fee to use our facilities.
