Get involved

Handball is an exciting fast-paced team sport in which teams of 7 players pass and dribble a ball using their hands, with the aim of scoring into the oppositions’ net. The team with the most goals scored by the end of 60-minutes is the winner of the game.

Matches consist of two 30-minute halves with a 15-minute half-time. The players take up different positions such as wingers, back court players, centre, goalkeeper and line/pivot.
