He has over 16 years of professional cricket experience, including playing in the Indian Premier League (IPL), playing for teams including Rajasthan Royals to PWI Ranji Trophy, and India A. Shrikant's passion for sport development led him to the UK, where he pursued an MSc in Sport Business Management at Leeds Beckett University. Currently, he is working as the head of cricket at Queen Ethelburga's Collegiate in York, focusing on high-performance coaching, player development, and cricket operations. Shrikant's journey is a testament to how education and experience can shape a multifaceted sports career.
