*An ECR / PGR is defined as Postgraduate Research Student (PGR) - a current university student who has completed an undergraduate degree and is engaged in independent, original research, typically leading to a Masters or Doctoral qualification. Early Career Researcher (ECR) - someone who has completed a Doctoral degree within the last three years, is in the initial stages of their academic or research career, and is focusing on establishing independence, publishing, and securing research funding.
The conference invites researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to think differently about what talent means, where it comes from, and how it can flourish.
