This page provides a collection of MyBeckett resources for staff, designed to help you support your students.

Our complete list of MyBeckett guides is also available on this site.

We have put together some guidance to help you to ensure that any content that you create in MyBeckett can be used by as many people as possible.

You may wish to provide students with an area where they can leave feedback within a module or course group e.g. an online suggestion box.

A discussion board is one method, which will allow students to view each others comments.

A survey is another option, if you would prefer for feedback to be visible to instructors only.

There are a number of tools within MyBeckett modules that you can use to provide students with formative assessment opportunities.

For example, you can use MyBeckett tests to create a quiz with automated feedback, supporting students in measuring their current understanding. Allowing multiple attempts provides the opportunity to revisit the quiz over time.

A self and peer assessment may be useful in some contexts, in developing students' understanding of feedback and academic judgements.

The use of a rubric can help students to understand assessment criteria.
