Late night treat

Ok so this one isn’t quite as healthy but treat yourself at the end of the day with this tasty, dessert smoothie.

  • 2 tbsp cocoa mix
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup ice cubes
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Mini Marshmallows (to garnish)

How to make:

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together (minus marshmallows) until the consistency is smooth and thick.
  2. Then, simply pour it out and garnish with marshmallows & chocolate sauce if you fancy it!

Let's face it, trying to eat 5-a-day, every day can get quite tedious. But blending a couple of servings of fruit and veg into your smoothie every day will make it seem much easier!

Smoothies are a great way to stay healthy and boost energy levels - just what we all need to need to get back into our routines this January.
