In February, second-year Interior Architecture and Design students visited Old Town Mill as the site of their new ‘live’ project brief. Students have been asked to develop a brief and create a design proposal for the commercial element of the scheme.

Old Town Mill is currently owned by Clay Developments who have worked with Gagarin Studio on the project to redevelop the collection of old buildings on the site. Work has already begun on new build residential element of the project, but the scheme proposes mixed use residential and commercial elements to the redesign.

Follow us on Instagram for further updates on the project as it progresses.
