The STEM careers fair showcased a wide variety of careers available in science, technology, engineering and maths.

Dr Martin Pritchard and Professor Parneet Paul were among a group of staff from the Civil Engineering subject group who showcased research into water engineering and water quality testing which has been adapted to help poverty stricken communities in developing countries. Organisers praised the teams sessions and display, as pupils got to see hands-on interactive demonstrations of technologies and equipment.

The event took place on the 14 January and was also attended by employers and universities from across our region.
