Change is good

There are a few important lessons I would advice my past self if I could go back in time.

I would emphasise how important it is to accept change and be receptive to new experiences and ideas without holding back or living in constant fear of the worse, even though it has not happened and never will. Because life often takes unexpected turns, it is important to adjust rather than fight against it. I would advise my past self to venture beyond of her comfort zones, whether it is by taking up new interests, making new friends, or considering alternative employment options. Every event, no matter how difficult, builds resilience and personal development.
