About the lecture:
Chris Hildrey (b.1984) is an architect based in London. He is the director of Hildrey Studio and founder of ProxyAddress, a social enterprise providing stable address details to people facing homelessness in order to access services and support. In addition to being named a Designer in Residence at the Design Museum and an elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, he has been awarded the Royal Institute of British Architect's President's Medal for Research, the D&AD Award for Humanitarian Aid, and the Innovation in Politics Award for Human Rights. His work has been named one of WIRED's '18 things that made the world a better place in 2018', one of the Beazley Designs of the Year, and one of TIME Magazine's Best Inventions of 2021.
