Building Innovation and Resilience in SMEs through Organisational Learning
Building Innovation and Resilience in SMEs through Organisational Learning
In today's increasingly complex and volatile business environment, organisations must be able to learn, adapt, and respond effectively to disruption. This interactive seminar explores how businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), can use organisational learning to build capabilities for innovation and resilience.

Many SMEs lack formal learning processes to help them navigate challenges and unexpected disruptions. This seminar will provide practical guidance on how firms can develop the skills and capabilities needed to anticipate threats, adapt to change, and thrive in uncertain environments.

Through a series of discussions, activities and practical exercises, attendees will explore how theories, frameworks and tools can be applied to understand and strengthen business operations. Participants will be introduced to techniques including:

• Business Model Canvas
• Design Thinking and the Double Diamond Process
• Organisational Learning Frameworks
• Resilience and Innovation Strategies

By the end of the seminar, attendees will have reflected on their own business operations and developed practical approaches to:

• Anticipate and prepare for disruption
• Respond effectively to challenges
• Adapt and innovate in changing environments
• Build long-term resilience and enhance business performance

This seminar is ideal for SME owners, entrepreneurs, managers and anyone interested in developing more resilient and innovative organisations.
