Our Global Village Cafés are a great way to connect and make friends while enjoying a hot drink, these take place once a month on each campus.

Why not give our Global Village Sports sessions a go? These sessions are free of charge, doesn't require any previous experience these sessions are weekly 17:00-18:00 Arena 1, Sport Centre, Headingley campus. Register for upcoming sports events.

Join our staff and global ambassadors on campus who are there to support and guide you with any queries you may have. You will find us here as a team for weeks, but this time frame is to support your arrival process and international check-in at the Rose Bowl main desk.

A mandatory session for all international students run by our Student Immigration Advice and Compliance team. International students, learn about conditions of your visa, working on your visa, safety, healthcare and banking.

Kirkstall Abbey Trip
Join our global ambassadors for a trip to Kirkstall Abbey, one of Leeds' best-known historic attractions, located just outside the city centre.
Packed with history, Kirkstall Abbey is home to the impressive ruins of a medieval Cistercian monastery and is a great place to explore, take photos and discover a different side of Leeds.
We'll travel there together, giving you the chance to meet other students and enjoy a relaxed day out with Global Village.

Global Village Saturdays - Trip to York
Take a day trip to York for just £10 for new international students of Leeds Beckett. Explore York with our global ambassadors see the sights of this historical city including a tour of the city and some free time to explore the wonderful shops and streets. Not to be missed.

Global Buddies Walk - Photo Walk
Join our global ambassadors on a walk across the city to see fabulous Leeds landmarks, historical buildings and street art, a great way to see the city and make friends at the same time. Krish our GEO can give top tips on how to take the perfect photos!

Join Global Village for a fun and relaxed Games Night at the Rose Bowl Café, City Campus
