Resilience is defined as ‘the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties’, a skill we require both personally and professionally, but especially as a leader.
In this session you will:
- Discuss what supports resilience and what drains it
- Explore Carol Dweck’s ideas on positive mindset
- Develop strategies to strengthen resilience as a leader
The session will be led by #WECAN Delivery Lead Kim Sanderson. Kim has over 25 years’ experience of teaching in further education.
