#WECAN Masterclass: How to be an assertive leader
#WECAN (Women Empowered through Coaching and Networking) project aims to enhance the resilience and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by building the leadership skills, capabilities and opportunities of women in the Leeds City Region.

Assertive leaders are active, direct, specific and honest but not aggressive.

In this session you will:

  • Explore factors contributing to lack of confidence in the workplace
  • Clarify what assertiveness is and the benefits it brings
  • Practice assertive communication techniques to implement in the workplace
