#WECAN Leading Transformational Change With Emotional Intelligence
Discover how to lead organisational change effectively by building trust, navigating resistance, and supporting teams through uncertainty.

Learn how to lead organisational change effectively by building trust, managing resistance, and supporting your people.

Around 70% of organisational change initiatives fail to deliver their intended outcomes. While many organisations focus on improving processes, plans, and project management, the human side of change is often overlooked.

This event blends academic insight with first-hand perspectives from business practitioners experienced in leading organisational change.

Delegates will gain practical tools and techniques to lead change with greater emotional intelligence, build trust and resilience within teams, navigate resistance constructively, and support people through periods of uncertainty and transition.

Whether you're leading a large-scale transformation programme, managing change within your team, or looking to strengthen your leadership capability, this session will provide valuable insights that can be applied immediately in the workplace.

This event is part of the #WECAN - Impact and Growth Programme, a leadership development programme for women in business.

This event is open to anyone interested in leadership and organisational change and those responsible for driving transformation within their organisations.

Whether you're a regular member of the #WECAN community or attending for the first time, you'll be warmly welcomed.  Male allies are encouraged to come along.
