Head of School shares expertise at art symposium
Taking place on Thursday 26 and Friday 27 May at York St John University, Andrew Fryer (pictured above left) is taking part as Chair of a portfolio review session at the symposium. As part of this, Andrew will discuss creative practice with artists working across all media, from drawing to photography, video and performance.
The portfolio review sessions give practitioners the opportunity to book a slot with industry experts who will provide essential advice and guidance on current practice and career progression opportunities.
The Future Now symposium will address themes in today’s artistic climate through lectures, portfolio reviews and panel discussions, focusing on the arts ecosystem within a broader social context. The symposium is a place for an exchange of ideas, offering support, talent development and networking opportunities to those working in the sector.
