Leeds Beckett success at sector marketing awards

Leeds Beckett University is celebrating after picking up four awards at the annual HEIST Awards which recognise marketing excellence in the higher education sector.
The university scooped gold awards in the best postgraduate or specialist institution prospectus, and best low budget initiative categories. Bronze was also awarded for the most effective digital or social initiative and the best marketing initiative to promote research excellence.
The best low budget initiative award was for the student blog squad, which is a successful peer-led campaign that acknowledges the trends inside and outside of the sector.
The university-wide research campaign, Transform, achieved bronze for building institutional pride and focusing on real people.
The HEIST Awards are organised by international marketing agency Havas People to recognise and celebrate the professionalism, expertise and innovation found in the further and higher education marketing sector.
