Echoes illuminates Light Night

Created by undergraduate and postgraduate students from Leeds Beckett University's Performing Arts, Dance and Choreography, Theatre and Performance programmes, alongside contributors from Sound Design and Cinematography, Echoes combined light, movement and sound to explore the memories, voices and experiences that shape urban spaces.

Designed by Gillian Dyson in collaboration with Level 5 Performing Arts students, the production  featured sound design by Ben Winter, MA Sound Design student Eve Tattersall, and Performing Arts students Rachel Adams and Ollie Davies.

Presented over two evenings as part of the Millennium Square Zone programme, Echoes drew audiences into a powerful sensory journey, and showcased the creativity and collaborative talent of Leeds Beckett students.
