Leaders CONNECT

As part of our LBU Leader development offer, the POD Team organise a number of tailored Leaders Connect events.

Each event focusses on a particular topic and includes a series of short case studies from LBU leaders, sharing their reflections on the topic and details of local initiatives. It's also an important networking opportunity, giving colleagues the chance to share ideas, challenge thinking and learn from each other's experiences.  

If you are the target audience for the particular Leaders Connect you will receive an email from us as and when events are scheduled. So typically there is nothing you need to do to get involved (aside from booking your place following the invite and then attending on the day). 

We are always open to any feedback and ideas you might have about our approach or future sessions, if you want to get in touch with us at POD@leedsbeckett.ac.uk.

We would also love it if you have a leadership story or experience you feel might be a useful topic for a future event, if you would be willing to discuss and share this.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Our next Leaders Connect events will take place in 2024/25, with dates for both our Senior Leaders Connect and Leaders Events to be confirmed.  Both events will focus on a specific topic and will begin with a series of short case studies from LBU Leaders, followed by group discussions. Once scheduled, invites will be sent out to colleagues in the target audience via an email from POD@leedsbeckett.ac.uk
