Development and Training Website

POD have worked with the Centre for Learning and Teaching, The Digital Learning Team in LLI, Information Technology Services, The Distance Learning Unit, Student Services and the Research Office to bring the development and training available across the University together. By bringing this development together in one place, on the Development and Training website, we hope to ensure that you can easily access the development you feel you need.

Whilst LBU training and development is inclusive, the overview provided on the website indicates provision that has been developed with academic/learning support colleagues in mind and that which has been developed for professional services colleagues. We know that colleagues engage in training and development for different reasons and we have presented the programme to reflect this.
