People and Organisational Development at Leeds Beckett comprises the following key areas: 

  • Leadership & Learning – enabling leadership, team and individual development. 

  • Organisational Development – supporting cross organisational projects such as Colleague Survey, commissioning bespoke development, providing facilitation services and leading our coaching and mentoring schemes. 

  • Wellbeing – providing information, resources and services for colleagues’ wellbeing including physical, mental and financial health. 

  • Equality & Inclusion – promoting equality for colleagues, students and visitors to Leeds Beckett University.

Centre for Learning and Teaching

We also work closely with the Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT), the principle academic service in our University. CLT support and guide academic colleagues, individually and collectively, to develop excellent academic practice (DEAP). They provide expertise in all aspects of H.E., such as curriculum, research-informed teaching, learning, assessment and feedback, face-to-face, digital and blended H.E. pedagogies.
