Festival of Play

Leeds is a pioneering playful city

As the city hosts the first ever Festival of Play and Creativity, we take the opportunity to talk to the people who drive the agenda and make the magic happen.

In this podcast series Alexandra Long and Mike Wragg talk to the play pioneers, and how play is improving lives of children and adults from hospitals to care homes. They also reflect on the influence of 35 years of our playwork course, academics and alumni on the growth of a play-centred culture in Leeds.
