Catherine Blayney

Cath is a qualified executive coach working with leaders across the private and public sectors. She is also a qualified Thinking Partner under the Time to Think coaching model. Prior to this, she worked in education for over 10 years, including being the headteacher of an inner London primary school within a large federation of schools. She has also been the vice-chair of a local governing board, where her focus was leading the anti-racism strategy across the multi-academy trust. In addition to her coaching work, she works for an education charity, designing the National Professional Qualifications for senior leaders, headteachers and executive leaders.
