Chipo is an experienced research management professional with over 15 years of supporting research development and research funding across the higher education sector. Her expertise spans the full research lifecycle, including pre-award bid development, costing and pricing, funder compliance, research finance, post-award management, and research governance.

Having worked at institutions including the University of Sussex, University College London, the University of Greenwich, and London Business School, Chipo brings extensive experience in supporting academics to develop high-quality, competitive funding applications aligned with institutional and funder priorities.

Her areas of expertise include research development, proposal review, funder compliance, TRAC costing and pricing, budget development, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and research process improvement.
