Faresh Maisuria

Faresh Maisuria is the founder and managing director of Blueberry Marketing Solutions, a business development agency that has been helping both public and private sector clients grow for over 19 years. In this time, Blueberry have supported more than 400 institutions across a wide range of industries to expand their market presence and drive growth.

After leaving university with a BA in Management Studies, Faresh has worked in a number of roles for City Financial as a financial advisor at SCC and Computacenter within IT Managed Services, the University of Salford within graduate recruitment, Clear IT (CRM and software sales & marketing). At 30 years old after an opportunity arose, Blueberry was born in the Leeds Beckett Business Incubator (now The Knowledge Exchange) and has grown to 55 employees today.

Faresh works with organisations such as AQA and the Department for Business and Trade as well as many private businesses such as Arnold Laver, Harper Collins, Zurich. His achievements include 24 of his former employees going on to start their own businesses with others achieving key roles within Blueberry too. 

As an entrepreneur in residence at Leeds Beckett for over six years, Faresh works closely with students, helping them refine their business ideas and prepare for the realities of running a business. He is also involved in his local community as a primary school parent governor at Rothwell Victoria Primary School. He aims to help young people prepare for work, bridging the gap between education and employment.

Over the years, the stability of Blueberry has enabled Faresh to build a small property portfolio with opportunities to share his experiences with others, support the next wave of entrepreneurs, and contribute to innovative new businesses coming out of the likes of university incubators.
