Neil Berry

Neil is a chartered member of the RICS. Neil has worked as both a building surveyor and a project manager within a number of professional consultancies for both the public and private sectors. His wide and varied industry experience allows him to be able to use real life examples within his teaching to bring his realism and enthusiasm to his teaching.

During his career he has worked on a variety of properties, from listed buildings to brand new commercial properties. 

Neil has a specific interest in promoting the profession and career. He is a STEM ambassador and engages with schools, colleges and industry to promote the profession to a wider audience.
