Employee Assistance Programme

Our Employee Assistance Programme - provided by Spectrum - offers support to all LBU colleagues. The service is:
  • Free
  • Confidential
  • 24 hours a day, every day

All calls are answered by a qualified counsellor who can provide 'in the moment' support and - where appropriate - make a referral for short term, solution-focussed counselling.
