Admission Interview Guidance
Great news, we’ve made you an offer and would now like to invite you to submit a digital portfolio for our BA (Hons) Fashion Communication and Content course (UCAS code N5W7)
Visit our website to find out more about studying at the Leeds School of Arts.
To make your portfolio stand out, we’re looking for evidence of creativity and design skills. We understand that you may not have studied a design related course before, but we would like to see a range of development and finished work which may include sketches, drawings, paintings, collage or mixed media, photography, sculpture or model or product design.
We want to see how you have explored a given brief and how the work has developed, so your portfolio can also include work from sketchbooks.
Portfolio pages should be compiled into a single pdf of up to 20 pages with a maximum file size of 10mb.
You’ll have 4 weeks from the date of our request to upload your digital portfolio. No hard copies can be accepted by post.
Once you’re ready to submit your portfolio you should do this through our online portal
The course team will review your portfolio and an updated offer will show on your UCAS Hub.
For UCAS dates and deadlines, pleas check your UCAS Hub account.
You can apply to live in University accommodation from Spring 2026, as long as you have selected Leeds Beckett University as your firm choice. Further details about the accommodation the University has to offer and how to apply can be found on our website:
Depending upon the conditions of your offer and the type of qualifications you are studying, your results may be sent directly to us between June and August. Alternatively, we may contact you directly to ask you to send us your results once you have received them.
Your course will start on 21st September 2026. Induction information will be available from late summer via our online welcome website.
