Our Open Days for this year have now finished, but be sure to look out for our summer and autumn dates for 2026, which will be released soon.

In the meantime, our Offer Holder Days (formerly Applicant Days) are coming up soon and will take place between February and March, giving you the chance to take the next step in your journey with us.

University Open Days: Your Top Questions Answered

An Open Day is your chance to get a feel for life as a Leeds Beckett student. You can talk to our academic staff and current students about our courses, tour our facilities, look around campus and see our accommodation.

You’ll hear all about how courses are taught, the modules on offer, and exciting opportunities like work placements and study abroad programmes. Even if your course does not have a dedicated talk, there will still be plenty of activities related to your subject area.

Yes, booking is essential to attend any of our Open Day events. You can book your place by completing the form above and we’ll send you a confirmation email with further details about your booking.

Our on-campus Open Day events start at 9am and end at around 3pm. Before your visit, we’ll send you an Open Day Guide with everything you need to plan your day and make the most of your time here.

You don’t have to attend every activity or talk, but we recommend arriving before the scheduled start time to familiarise yourself with our facilities, and prioritising subject talks that only run once or twice during the day.

If you’re joining an Online Open Day, you can access virtual tours of our campuses and facilities and talk to our staff and students between 4:30pm and 6:30pm.

When you arrive at an Open Day, you can plan your day around the activities that interest you most. Join subject talks to find out about specific courses, modules, and placement opportunities. You can also attend a range of other talks covering student life, money advice, studying abroad, and guidance on living at home while studying.

Take one of our campus and facilities tours, and visit our accommodation. Meet our staff, who are ready to answer any questions, and chat with current students to hear about their honest experiences about their course and student life in Leeds.

If you or any of your guests have accessibility requirements or other additional needs that may impact your ability to attend an event (for example, if you are a wheelchair user, or you require a BSL interpreter) our event booking form provides the opportunity to share details of your special requirements and any additional support / arrangements you may require.
