Recent acquisitions to the Archive

Professor Alistair Black has donated a small archive of School of Librarianship material dating from 1946-1991. It includes prospectuses and handbooks, photographs, a scrapbook, letters and minutes, annual reports and newsletters.

The Faculty of Information, University of Toronto has donated a small file of School of Librarianship publicity material c. 1970’s. This complements Alistair Black’s earlier donation of School of Librarianship material.

Professor David Kirk has donated some Carnegie student application forms covering the opening years of the college, 1933-39. These complement another donation made last year of Carnegie student records that cover a similar period.
