Places To Watch The Fireworks In Leeds

Make sure your Bonfire Night goes out with a bang this year... Head to one of these with your mates, grab yourself a toffee apple (it's one of your 5 a day after all) and watch some truly memorable bonfire and firework displays. This year, most of the big bonfires will be happening on Friday 3rd November, so you can enjoy the night and not have to worry about getting up for uni the next day! Just take your pick from the list below…

Roundhay Park

Join 70,000 others to enjoy the biggest bonfire in Leeds. The huge bonfire will be lit at 7.30pm and the awesome firework display will start at 8pm.

Meet at Soldiers Field, Roundhay Park, LS8

Bramley Park

If you’re living at Kirkstall Brewery, then Bramley park is the firework display for you. Wrap up warm and get the parkin out. The bonfire will be lit at 7pm and fireworks go off at 7.30pm.

East End Park

Just a short walk from the city centre East End Park is perfectly located for all of you living in Mill Street. Flickering bonfires and dazzling fireworks will light up the night across East End Park from 7 pm, with the firework display at 7.30pm.

Woodhouse Moor

Only a short walk or bus ride from Leeds city centre, the fireworks at Woodhouse Moor are always packed to the rafters with students. The show starts at around 7pm with a bonfire, and since you’re advised to get there early, why not take advantage of the local drinking spots in Hyde Park before the show?
