Both Headingley and Sheila Silver Library are open 24/7 from the start of term until Christmas. See our opening hours page for more information.

Although we're opening up all our study spaces we'll make some available for bookings as we know you find that useful.

The Click & Collect service will also remain if you want to use it to reserve items - please remember you'll need to do this if someone else has a book out on loan that you need. If requested items aren't returned on time we now charge for the replacement cost of the book, rather than daily fines.

We've upgraded our Discover search tool, it now includes the Library Catalogue so it's easy to search all our resources in one go and there are lots more to access, with over 1.25 million print and electronic resources. Our videos will show you how to make the most of it.

If you have a new device you'll need to set up Multi-factor Authentication and don't forget you can access copies of Office 365 on up to 5 devices. When you return to campus you will probably need to reconnect to eduroam - if you can take action before you come onto campus that will make it easier. See our eduroam FAQ for more information. But staff will be on hand to help out and there are also guides to help you access teaching and meetings from home.

Our Skills for Learning workshop programme will begin again in October but in the meantime you can refresh your academic skills by enrolling on the Study Smart module in the Library tab in MyBeckett or take a look at the resources on the Skills for Learning website with new material on finding information and reading.

24/7 library and student IT advice is still available by phone or chat or you can email during the day - or get help from our website or YouTube channel and keep up to date with us on Twitter.

And, as always, if you're not sure about anything, just ask!
