MyBeckett has been updated - the tabs have been replaced by "cards" containing links to information, systems and support. Your modules and course groups will still look the same. Take a look at our guide to find out more and contact us if you need help.

We have made it easier to search Discover following your feedback. The search boxes are now colour coded and more prominently displayed on the Library website home page and Resources page and we've added answers to common questions on our FAQ page. You can also click on the link in MyBeckett. When you've visited a link in Discover and on the Library website the colour will now change so it's easier to keep track of what you're searching or viewing.

It's also easier to tell us if there is a book or article you need to request and you can find out which books you have borrowed via the Loan History feature in Discover.

The new Harvard Reference Builder helps you construct references for six key reference types (books, ebooks, journals, ejournals, chapters in edited books and webpages). It's designed to compliment the 70 different reference examples in Quote Unquote Online

New Skills for Learning resources also include an Essay x-ray tool and help with English Language and Academic English

Our Academic Integrity module has been fully revised for 2022-23. Accessible from the Modules list in MyBeckett it explains what academic integrity is, including university guidelines, referencing, and sources of support. There are other new and updated skills modules also available - see our blog for more details.

We've extended the loan period for laptops to 8 hours but remember to return on time or a charge for the replacement cost may appear on your account!

There is a new web page for degree apprentices and our Student IT Support page now provides more information about what you can find under each topic.

We will be replacing one of the lifts in the Sheila Silver Library over the next few months. More information will be available shortly.
