Accelerate – the new Leeds Beckett growth programme for SME’s is launched
Accelerate is a new six-month business growth programme for SME’s in the Leeds City Region delivered as part of the successful ERDF funded programme, AD:VENTURE.
Over the next 3 years we will recruit and support around 90 ambitious young businesses (all under 3 years old to help them achieve their growth plans, increase sales and create jobs.
Each businesses will benefit from a key account manager to provide guidance and support and a diagnostic to help them identify their strengths and weaknesses. 1 day Masterclasses delivered by colleagues in the Business School will cover key topics such as planning for growth and strategic sales and marketing.
The programme also offers up to 12 hours of one to one advice and mentoring as well as opportunities to discuss additional support such as funding and grants. Andy Jack from Candle Digital, an online training provider who have previously benefited from AdVenture, spoke about the benefits of the Leeds Beckett support.
