Professor Annette Pritchard contributed to a high-level televised inquiry into the state of tourism in Wales. She was critical that little progress had been made since the last time she offered evidence to the Committee in 2014.  Drawing on some of her academic work, she highlighted the potential of Welsh tourism and explored issues of branding and promotion.

Annette is Professor of Tourism Management at Leeds Beckett University. She has extensive academic and research management experience in tourism and sport at Sport Wales and the Wales Tourist Board (now Visit Wales) and in higher education.
