Co-editorship

Rachel Rich has taken on the co-editorship of Food and History, alongside Alban Gautier (Université de Caen Normandie).

Food and History, which turns 20 next year, publishes articles on all aspects of the history of food from archelogy to the very recent past. 

Published by Brepols, Food and History is the journal of the IEHCA (European Institute for the History and Culture of Food). As well as taking over the co-editorship of the journal, Rachel has been elected to membership of the scientific council of the IEHCA. 

New external examiner

Professor Jayne Raisborough has been appointed as External Examiner MA Media for the School of Social Sciences and the Humanities at Liverpool John Moores University. This offers an opportunity to further develop good practice across our MAs.
