Carving pumpkins is always a fun craft to do at Halloween, but the real scary thing is that 12.8 million pumpkins are expected to go uneaten this year just in the UK. But, did you know that your supermarket bought carving pumpkin is totally edible and can be used as both your trick and tasty treat.

Due to the impact of Covid-19 we all have to be at home long before the witching hour, but that can’t stop us making some macabre masterpieces.

The iconic look of a jack-o-lantern has over-shadowed the true purpose of pumpkins, food! This has created an annual issue of pumpkins going into unnecessary food waste. Pumpkins are full of nutrients that promote immunity, great for the winter months getting to flu season, they’re also packed with antioxidants to help keep your skin glowing.
