This package includes:
- Physiological profiling (bike or run) to establish personalised training zones, fuel utilisation (how much fat/carbs you use), individualised training advice
- Full dietary analysis including consultations, food diary review, and a tailored fuelling strategy
- Body composition assessment (DXA) to understand muscle-to-fat ratio and bone mineral density, an indicator of bone strength and fragility
- Athlete pre-participation cardiac screening to offer early identification of underlying conditions which may cause serious incidents during exercise
