Designed to develop your skills in real estate and property management, this postgraduate course will boost your knowledge and give you the confidence to expand your career horizons and stand out in industry.
As part of your course, you'll:
- Study the main subject areas of real estate economics, investment, management, valuation, law, as well as aspects of planning and development
- Identify market data and trends, and their application to the valuation of real estate
- Gain an understanding of the management, development, occupation and legal aspects related to the ownership and operation of real estate
- Examine development practices, looking at where to develop and what is profitable
- Understand the real estate investment and occupational markets and the importance of providing reasoned advice to different stakeholders
- Recognise the importance of sustainability in the different disciplines related to real estate and property management
- Gain the expertise towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor, and make a difference to the world we live and work in
