Course Overview

The Bachelor of Laws LLB (Hons) course delivered at GUC will equip you with knowledge of the legal systems, rules and practices that govern and regulate society and our commercial and social relationships. You will also have the opportunity to develop skills in analysis, legal reasoning, evaluation and advocacy. As a qualifying law degree, this course is recognised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Bar Standards Board as meeting the academic requirements of your legal training; the completion of the course will enable you undertake further study to become a solicitor or barrister in Botswana.

All GUC staff who are teaching the course have been approved by Leeds Law School to ensure a high-quality learning experience. Students will also have the full support of Leeds Law School instructors.
