Jenni Rishworth, Training Coordinator for the Rugby World Cup 2015 and Leeds Beckett MSc Sports Events Management graduate, said: “When I was searching for a postgraduate degree, Leeds Beckett really stood out because the course was so specific and focused. The modules were a great mixture of classroom learning and practical experience – I even had the opportunity to spend four months as an intern at the London 2012 Olympics, something I could never have done if I hadn’t come to study here.”
Helen King, Student Marketing Team Manager at Leeds Beckett, added: “Postgraduate study at Leeds Beckett is very flexible with courses running full-time, part-time or online to suit the needs of our students. The open day aims to help people to plan their next steps, whether they want to progress their career, change to a new area of work or simply follow a personal interest.”
