Take time for yourself this World Mental Health Day. We all have mental health, just like physical health. Some people call mental health ‘emotional health’ or ‘well-being’ and it’s just as important as good physical health. During the current COVID-19 pandemic and whilst we adapt to various changes to how we ordinarily go about life, there are still lots of opportunities and support out there for our mental health and wellbeing.
Mental Health research has a way of challenging assumptions and making sure clients voices are heard. Research benefits Mental Health Services by ensuring Government and Health Board officials have accurate information, ensuring appropriate support is available and accessible to all.
