David Taylor

David’s role is to manage and deliver coaching and mentoring development activities for our clients. These include bespoke interventions as well as ILM Coaching programmes at Levels 3 and 5.

David has been a professional coach for over 20 years with a portfolio of clients including owners and managing directors of SME’s as well as leaders working in larger organisations in the UK and beyond. He has a wide range of experience in leadership and organisational change with both large and small businesses in a variety of sectors. He is a skilled facilitator with experience as a line manager and as a learning development professional across public, private and third sectors. He is a Fellow of the RSA.

David has led events focussed on creativity, learning, strategy and change, human resources and leadership development in the UK, China, Africa, the Emirates and in Eastern Europe. He also facilitates Open Space, World Cafe and Action Learning events. He is co-author of Alchemy in a Shoebox and has also written an illustrated book of his own poems Occupying My Ground.
