In addition to our University Business Centres Leeds Beckett University also offers a wide range of support to both growing and established businesses. We can provide you with access to:

Business Growth Support - The Ad:Venture programme provides business support and expertise to young businesses under 3 years old with an ambition to grow. The funded business support project includes access to events, workshops, expert advice and peer to peer learning to help boost growth. *Eligibility criteria apply.

Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) - Innovate and grow your business through a Knowledge Transfer Partnership. A KTP creates a unique partnership between a business, the University and a highly skilled graduate to  deliver a strategic innovation project. Your business could benefit from government funding to help you introduce new technology, develop and launch  new products, enter new markets or develop more efficient ways of working.

Business Growth and Innovation Project (BGIP)  - BGIP projects can last anywhere from 12 weeks to 2 years and the university recruits and employs the graduate on your behalf to complete the work. Projects range from bespoke marketing and process improvement strategies to the implementation of the latest digital technologies and could include project management and event management capabilities.

Training and Development - Our University meets individual and organisational training needs through continuing professional development (CPD) courses in a range of specialist areas, many accredited by industry. 

Access to Funding and Business Support - As research and development is so important for business growth, our University can work with you to provide an affordable solution. We have access to funding streams which could award you a £60-£90,000 grant.

Research and Consultancy - Our University actively engages with business, using our wide expertise to help you improve your processes or products through tailored research and consultancy. Our specialists from our research institutes can offer up-to-date guidance in many areas of research.

Student and Graduate Recruitment - We understand the importance of employing the right people and offer a range of services to support your recruitment needs; from project work, placements and internships to graduate recruitment. 

University Facilities - Well Met Conferencing offers a range of high quality venues and facilities that can host conferences and events for up to 350 delegates.
