Before 30 June

If you are using the printers on campus only put small amounts of credit onto your iPrint account as we’re unable to refund any outstanding credit. You will still be able to print until 29 September.

You should have returned your books and other resources and paid any outstanding charges by 30 June. Please contact us if you have been unable to do this.

Before 29 September

MyBeckett, your student email account, P:drive (webfiles), university associated Google accounts and remote access to specialist software will remain active until 29 September 2023. Back up any files you need and transfer emails and contacts to an alternative account before then.

Your Microsoft Office 365 account will remain active until 29 September, after that access to the full version will end and any installed software will become read-only. Transfer any content you're likely to need in the future. You'll also lose access to your OneDrive on 29 September, so move any saved work to a different storage location before then. This Microsoft guide can show you how to take your files with you when you graduate.

You can keep all of your PebblePad work in a new, free Alumni Account for 3 years after you graduate (and then via a personal subscription if you need it for longer). Our step-by-step guide shows you how to convert your account. If you need an alumni account, please create it before 29 September.

You will still be able to access MyHub as a graduate (see below).

Use up any printing credits on your account as we are unable to refund them.

After you graduate

After 29 September you will be able to access MyHub using your existing password and username using the Alumni link on the home page. If you can't remember your password you can reset it by selecting ‘Alumni’ and ‘Reset your Password’. If you've forgotten your details or don't have access to your registered email address, please visit the lost account page. You can then access careers information (events, employer profiles and vacancies) for 5 years after you graduate.

If you are continuing to postgraduate study at Leeds Beckett or elsewhere, before your login expires, you may wish to enrol on Study On, our induction module in MyBeckett for new postgraduates. While the IT setup information in Unit One will already be familiar to you, the material in later units covers the step up to postgraduate level.

The Skills for Learning website also has a section on postgraduate study skills and a blog on the differences between undergraduate and postgraduate study. And you can still access the free Skills for Learning resources on topics from report writing to digital skills and etiquette as you start your career.

As an alumni you can join the Library as a Guest User. Annual membership is free for up to 15 months after the expiry date of your Library account. After this, membership is £15 per year up to a maximum of 5 years after graduating. Thereafter it is £50. Please note: Guest User membership does not include the use of PCs or access to electronic resources. Please complete the Guest User Registration Form including the date your course finished, and upload proof of graduation certificate.

If you have an extension to your studies your graduation date should have been amended by your course administrator and these dates may not apply to you. Please contact your course adminstrator or the Library if you are not sure.
