As part of this course, you’ll:

This course will enable you to study for a master’s degree and enhance your academic capabilities and management aspirations. You’ll be prepared to commence or further your career in human resource management. It has been developed to the advanced diploma standards of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the professional body for human resource management practitioners. 

Research-informed teaching

Our teaching is informed by research and professional practice, and guest speakers will provide specialist input on modules. Using genuine case examples, you’ll critically analyse differing approaches to strategic people management. Your dissertation project will enable you to focus on policy and practice within a professional context, with the aim of adding to established research in this field.
