As part of this course, you’ll:

This course will enable you to enhance your academic capabilities and management aspirations to develop your career in people management. It has been developed to the advanced diploma standards of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the professional body for resource management practitioners.

Our teaching is informed by research and professional practice. You’ll have access to guest speakers who will provide specialist input on modules. Using genuine case examples, you’ll critically analyse differing approaches to people management.
