Remembering Together
Leeds Beckett University will again be marking Armistice Day this year, but like last year it will have to be with a difference.

At 10:55 on 11 November our Chaplain Melvyn Kelly invites you to join him online as he leads us in our Act of Remembrance streamed live from the James Graham Building.

We will remember together all those who lost their lives during the First and Second World Wars and in armed conflicts since 1945, including the 129 ‘men of this College’ named on the Roll of Honour in the James Graham Building at Headingley Campus.

At 11:00 on Armistice Day, Thursday 11 November 2021, across the country millions of people will stop what they are doing and hold a two minute silence in the annual act of remembrance.

If you are not able to join this live event, please do try to pause wherever you are and whatever you are doing to keep silence for two minutes at 11:00.

A link to the live event will show on this page at the time of the event.
