Through innovative research and interdisciplinary collaboration, we strive to enhance musculoskeletal health and improve quality of life. By translating science into practical applications, we aim to bridge the gap between research and real-world impact, ensuring our work benefits both clinical practice and community well-being.

Current areas of focus within the group include:

  • Investigating the epidemiology of musculoskeletal injuries
  • Developing strategies for injury risk reduction
  • Creating and validating outcome measures for musculoskeletal health
  • Advancing muscle health research
  • Designing and evaluating interventions for musculoskeletal injuries
