ICAEW Foundation Bursary
Investing in the Future of Accounting
The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) is one of the leading professional membership organisations that promotes, develops and supports chartered accountants and accounting students worldwide.
As one of our brand new awards established in partnership with ICAEW Foundation, this award offers a unique opportunity for a student enrolled with the Leeds Business School studying either BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance or BA (Hons) Business Accounting and Finance.
The recipient of the Bursary will receive a cash award of £12,000 to support them throughout the course of their studies at Leeds Beckett University.
Applications for this scholarship have closed and will reopen in the 2026/27 academic year.
Here at Leeds Business School we have had a strong relationship with ICAEW for many years and we are a committed and recognised University in the 'Partner in Learning' programme.
We are very proud and privileged to have been invited by the ICAEW Foundation for them to provide a bursary for an academically talented student from a financially challenged background who would like to study for an accountancy and finance degree at our University.
Current applications
The ICAEW scholarship is not currently open. We expect applications to reopen in the 2027/28 academic year.
The ICAEW has a history of working with business leaders, governments and regulators to ensure the highest standard of professional competency and conduct in accounting.
